I need a detailed list of my current borrowed books.

You can view the borrowed materials in detail through the "My Account" page on the library website. You can also send your account ID or your e-mail to one of the library communication channels, and the librarian will send a list of borrowed materials via e-mail.

Where do I pay the fines?

If you wish to pay the fines at the library branch, you can go to the reception desk in the branch and the responsible employee will process your request. You can also pay online by logging into your account on the library website using your credentials.

What is the library borrowing policy?

Borrowing is divided into two categories: internal and external.

1. Internal borrowing is intended for use within the library. With no exceptions, all beneficiaries are eligible for internal borrowing service during the library operating hours.

2. External borrowing is the process of borrowing library materials and using them outside of the library, in accordance with the library borrowing policy and conditions. The borrowing period is three weeks and can be extended twice. A borrower may borrow to a maximum of Five books.

The library offers a variety of services, including:

a. Reading and lending;

b. Searching databases;

c. Connecting to the Internet wirelessly;

d. Using computers, laptops, tablets, printers, photocopiers, and scanners.

The library is open from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. It is closed on Sundays.
